fantastic lagoon experience

i found the pools and grounds to be amazing. the room offered two queen beds and plenty of space. the staff displayed excellent training and interpersonal skills. a walk on the beach every evening was fabulous with 4 mile beach running parallel to the grounds.
i experienced poor customer service and room service. when i went to the pool, there were no pool towels available. it took two and a half hours to move me to a room, and my son missed a meal.
