fantastic lagoon experience
queen beds excellent training
i found the pools and grounds to be amazing. the room offered two queen beds and plenty of space. the staff displayed excellent training and interpersonal skills. a walk on the beach every evening was fabulous with 4 mile beach running parallel to the grounds.
i experienced poor customer service and room service. when i went to the pool, there were no pool towels available. it took two and a half hours to move me to a room, and my son missed a meal.

the resort offers multiple restaurants with diverse menus. harrison's offers a fine dining experience with an emphasis on seafood. the lagoon house provides casual poolside meals with extended hours, this benefits guests.

my room included two double beds and a separate seating area. the lagoon view offered a great outlook, this was worth it. daily housekeeping kept everything tidy with fresh linens.

staff members were generally attentive, even during busy periods. pool attendants were quick to provide towels, even with limited supplies.
