The hotel was in a convenient location, right in the city center with easy access to a beautiful park and the river. The rooms were quite old and needed maintenance, and despite being smoke-free, there were cigarette butts on the balcony. The service was lacking attention to detail and information, but the staff were busy eating and chatting among themselves. The dining experience was average, and the facilities need improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt a bit underground and were located near the laundry area, which was disappointing. However, the room was like a mini apartment with a lovely balcony, offering a view of the car park. The service was friendly overall, but the hotel staff could be noisy near the laundry room. The location was central and convenient, close to shops and restaurants, with easy access to the river. The dining experience was average, but the breakfast provided a decent variety.
