amazing stay at the grand!
lovely staffprofessional greetingclean hotel
i always love staying here! the staff are so lovely and very helpful, as always. they are professional and greet you warmly. the hotel is very clean, and i found it beautiful. taylor, lia, abhi, chris, and aaron provided wonderful service.
the gym had some unsupervised kids playing on the equipment and running about. it wasn't unsafe but a bit noisy.

The hotel provided a superb location near various dining options and bars. I found underground parking easy to access. The staff handled my parents' birthday stay very well.
The gym included unsupervised kids playing on equipment. They were running and shouting while fathers were swimming.

The pool area has ample seating with about twenty loungers. A well-equipped gym contains three treadmills. Guests can use two stationary bikes for their cardio routines. The location is central to many leisure options.

The hotel sits close to numerous restaurants. Multiple bars and forms of entertainment lie just a short walk away. I found its central situation very advantageous. It is easy to access many attractions.

the hotel offers valet parking. i received a complimentary upgrade to a high floor, specifically the 20th floor, . it had an amazing room.
the gym had a slight odor, though the facilities were generally clean.

the checkin and checkout processes were quick.
The minibar was not restocked daily, a letdown for a supposed five-star hotel. housekeeping was subpar as well. i had to request vacuuming and linen changes repeatedly. The dust was not removed and clothes were not well cleaned either.
