The room was fabulous and very clean i had a king room disability access. the location was great. The staff were friendly upon my arrival. i was able to walk into the main part of the city. This was a real bonus.
I had to pay extra for parking. if you add the price of additional parking to the room, there was better value.

the hotel is located conveniently in the downtown area, right next to the sky tower. the hotel is in a very safe neighborhood. it is within walking distance of most sightseeing landmarks.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i was given a late check-out until midday. shy was particularly cute, and he was very helpful, and the staff provided umbrellas on rainy days.

The staff helped me store luggage. They also checked me in EARLY. A coffee shop IN the foyer was very convenient. I found the location great. It was central and convenient for my needs.
The bathroom sliding door IS very poor. You can hear noises from the bathroom. There is little privacy.

the breakfast menu had freshly made eggs. i could walk to the city center and a bus stop was directly in front. there were also many good cafes and restaurants nearby.
They were noisy sometimes.
