the food options were diverse and tasty. the main dining area offered a wide selection (i especially loved the desserts!). the hotel's private beach was just a short walk away. a shuttle bus service was also available, really convenient.
the reception staff seemed unwelcoming . they weren't very polite, made me hesitant to ask questions (a smile goes a long way!). the hammam had an unpleasant smell and lacked basic amenities. i noticed mold in the shower cubicle and there were no towel hangers.

The in-room hairdryer was weak. It barely worked and was frustrating. The spa treatments were pricey. After declining a treatment, I received unprofessional messages. I found this uncomfortable and disappointing.

I found many activities available for various ages. The all-inclusive food options offered a lot of variety. My kids especially loved the many pools. The staff always helped and resolved issues quickly.
The hotel was somewhat crowded and reserving sunbeds by the pool was common.
