The staff provided warm hospitality. That met my expectations.
the room i received was not what i expected. the pool area only got sun until around 2pm. the food quality was acceptable, but it did not match what i would expect from a resort that calls itself 'luxury'.

The buffet's bread counter was great and featured the best variety I have ever seen.
I noticed several issues. The bar service in the evening was slow, often requiring a 30-minute wait. The manager grabbed and shouted at my six-year-old granddaughter for playing games. This was distressing for her. The staff seem under-trained and not prepared to handle the number of guests.

I really liked the hotel. It featured two beaches. sun loungers were readily available. the sea was accessible. the staff always helped me. i found the italian restaurant really good, the food was very tasty and the manager alexandros was polite and professional. Miss alexandra at reception demonstrated a high level of care in serving us, it was great.
