The food had great choices. I found the buffet very fresh.
i turned up only to be told the rooms booked were not available, i felt downgraded to the sister hotel. the rooms were not as good and far away from the main nicer hotel lobby. this was frustrating.

the bartenders rolo, richard, dexter, and omar were amazing. they made going to the bar a lot of fun every night. i really enjoyed the excellent food at every ala carte restaurant and the buffet. the pools were always clean. i loved our room and the bed was very comfortable.
the entertainment was super great but they only played for 1 hour every night.

the rooms were clean the food selection was very good i appreciated the different restaurants available. the staff was friendly and efficient this was a pleasant surprise. mike at the sports bar provided excellent service he was very attentive.

dexter, the barman,, his service was really good. the food quality was very good, it had a great selection of dishes. the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. amanda provided lovely service and assistance.
the all-inclusive drinks menu had tiers. jet2 sold the hotel as 'all inclusive plus' yet it was necessary to pay extra for drinks that should have been on any five-star hotel menu.

The hotel is well located providing convenient access to the beach. The proximity to the airport meant short transfers, very convenient. this ease of access adds greatly to the overall travel experience. what a relief!

The pool was a great experience, with very comfortable sunbeds and soft towels. There were no early morning towel wars. restaurants served delicious food and the atmosphere felt beautiful. everything shone, and the air felt fresh.

the a la carte restaurants were very good, the first wine restaurant was special. diana and peraita provided fabulous service and amazing food. the food made the night special. it did exceed my expectations.
the room was noisy and i could hear other people talking. i could hear when somebody was in the corridor too. the mattress springs creaked too.
