local recommendations friendly staff chill vibe poor service rude reception ant infestation
The front desk staff were very friendly. They offered local recommendations and were accommodating. I interacted with some of the staff working on the grounds. The cleaning folks had a polite and chill vibe. Everyone.
The customer service was shocking. Our room was also full of ants. They were all over the beds and the floor. The bathroom was literally everywhere.

The apartment was spacious! It had lovely views, though the bed was only very comfy and tidy. The indoor pool was fantastic and large. It was heated, offering a changing room plus space to relax.
The road outside was very noisy. I had a problem with the room door not locking, though I told reception about it. Two days later the door was still the same. They said they looked at it but could not fix it. Even with the door locked from the inside, you could still open it from the outside.

the location near the sea was AMAZING. i loved falling asleep to the ocean sounds. fresh salads at every meal are offered, and these are good for the soul.

ample space equipped kitchenette direct access
The room offered ample space and included a well-equipped kitchenette. I found the multiple pools a HUGE plus. My kids loved them. Direct beach access made our seaside trips super easy. Staff were really helpful and always greeted us with smiles.
The themed restaurant reservation system was a little inconvenient, I prefer more spontaneity on holiday.
