The hotel offers fantastic views but lacks some basic room amenities like a desk or chair and suffers from unpleasant smells when using the AC. The service is exceptional, including helpful staff and various convenient services offered. The location is stunning with beautiful views and great dining options. The dining experience is varied and tasty. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
My stay at this hotel was fabulous! The rooms were spacious with a nice patio overlooking the pool and marina. While they could use a deep clean, the overall experience was great, and it was my second year staying here. The service was a bit lacking in terms of product knowledge and language skills for a 5-star hotel, but the location is amazing with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and towels. The dining options were quite good, especially for the kids, and the outdoor eating area next to the pool was a favorite. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel room was really nice, with a big comfy bed and a spacious bathtub and shower. Sadly, the ongoing construction noise from the restaurant above was quite a nuisance, and the view over the carpark wasn't ideal.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms lacked a view and needed better cleaning. On the positive side, the room decor with calming blues and creams was nice, but service was slow in room servicing despite friendly staff. The location was convenient but noisy due to nearby activities. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
