I was disappointed to find the mini bar contained a charge on departure. I had taken pictures that morning to confirm it was full. i was very careful to not charge anything to the room or use the expensive mini bar. this oversight caused considerable inconvenience during checkout.

A fantastic stay

The valet parking was quite efficient, and the reception team greeted us warmly. Recommendations and bookings were handled helpfully by the concierge. I thought the rooftop bar was a highlight. It had fine views and delicious cocktails. It was ideal for unwinding after exploring the island.

The minibar was not filled. This was an issue because we were advised not to drink tap water. I believe this should be improved. The spa facilities were great.

Staff members were consistently helpful, from valet parking to breakfast. The team offered quick assistance and friendly service. The reception staff and housekeepers are excellent, so i appreciated their support.

The hotel is located near the harbor and shops, which i found convenient. The location is very convenient if you have a rental car. Many restaurants are within a 15-minute drive.

the rooftop pool and bar added a real 'wow' factor. spa access was a lovely treat and made this hotel different. the room was well decorated and the bed very comfy.

the check-in and check-out processes were slow. our room was not replenished with tea, coffee, and milk. i found this inconvenient.

The staff at reception were very friendly. fresh fruit kebabs were brought around the pool each day. I considered this a nice touch. breakfast offered many options and had outdoor seating.

i had lunch at alabastro restaurant and found the food very good. the rooftop restaurant was mega lekker. the breakfast was diverse and of very high quality, it also offered good choices for children.
