The hotel's rooms were a bit dated and needed refurbishment, some were small and old, but mine was very clean, big enough, and comfortable. The lovely staff and excellent location made my stay enjoyable, despite the room conditions.

Service
7.0
The service was most helpful, but some staff members appeared rude and abrupt when asked questions. However, they managed to maintain mandatory fake smiles.
Location

Situated at the end of the pier, within walking distance to the town center, The Great Orme, and various attractions, the hotel's location is excellent.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was reasonable for the £7.50 paid, although the food seemed to have stood for a while before being served.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had decent cabaret and bingo in the evening, but having to pay £3.00 per day for a parking ticket was a major disadvantage.

The hotel is situated at the rear of the hotel, which was exactly what we requested and surpassed our expectations. The dining experience was horrible and of poor quality, but the location is the best for anyone going to Llandudno, right on the pier and overlooking the sea.

The hotel's location is superb, with great views and close to town shops and restaurants. The rooms, although very basic, are enjoyable, but they urgently need updating. The service was pleasant and helpful, especially during the check-in process. The dining experience was satisfactory, with consistently fresh offerings, but some improvements could be made. The carpet throughout the hotel needs attention, while the views across the bay are exceptional.
