The Grand Hotel offers some guests spacious rooms, sometimes with balconies providing spectacular views, and is conveniently located near the pier. The hotel's location allows for sea views from some rooms and the dining area, with mountain goats grazing on the slopes opposite some windows. While some found the decor a bit tired, the hotel's proximity to attractions like the pier makes it a memorable stay for many. Enjoy bingo and nostalgic seaside experiences, with easy access to the funfair, candy floss, and ice cream.

I checked in early and was accommodated immediately. The staff relocated my elderly parents and me to the same floor. The staff offered excellent, helpful, and polite service. It was my father-in-law's birthday and the staff presented a cake with a candle while singing. I really appreciated that.

The staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated the room cleaning lady on floor 3. she usually cleans floor 1, but nothing was too much trouble for her. i also liked the room upgrades, including a fridge, coffee machine, and a bigger tv.
