what a stay! seriously!

easy access comfortable bed
the location had easy access to everything! the tube station was super close. the staff at front desk are really friendly and helpful, they even did a telephone check in to make sure everything was ok. the bed it was so comfortable. i sleeped good.
my room wasn't the room i'd booked, all that was offered was breakfast that we didn't want. the staffs were rude. it was not good and i was disappointed! facilities in the room did not worked at all.

The location was GREAT, close to everything I needed. My room had a microwave, a kettle, and a mini fridge. The staff members were friendly and ALWAYS helpful, which I appreciated.
The decor in the room felt a little dark to me.

The bedroom was a really generous size. It was sound proofed. The bathroom was well equipped and very clean!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I really appreciated that.

clean room rainfall shower many choices
the room was very clean and it had a rainfall shower i used the bathroom toiletries provided they smelled good the breakfast offered many choices it included fresh fruit. the staff was very helpful with directions to the tube station i found this convenient for getting around the area was quiet. the hotel is near several shops and restaurants that suited my needs
the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours
