I had a lovely weekend at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but there was a slight issue when we had to wait outside in the cold. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed, although there was an unexpected additional charge that caught us off guard. The dining experience was superb, setting us up for the day, but the deposit refund process left a negative impression.

The hotel was ok for a one-night stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The service was efficient and helpful, but it would have been nicer to be greeted upon arrival. The location was convenient, right on the seafront, with lucky parking opportunities at the back. The dining experience was really nice with plenty of variety. The overall stay was decent with some areas for improvement in service.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and very central, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings. However, the cramped room and small bathroom, along with the issues with the shared balcony, made it less enjoyable. The staff were excellent though, very accommodating and friendly, despite the room size not matching the price tag.
Rooms
6.0
Although the room was quite small and compact, I surprisingly managed to get the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The bathroom was also very small, and there was an issue with the shower. The shared balcony was not separated well, which made it less inviting to use when others were around. The space felt a lot smaller than expected, especially compared to adjacent rooms.
Service

While there was a slight inconvenience about waiting for a locksmith and having to take valuables out, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The owners were very friendly, offering a warm welcome despite the earlier minor setback.

The hotel's location was great, right on the seafront and very central. It was perfect for those who enjoy people-watching and had a good breakfast. Stair lifts to upper floors were handy, although the bathroom layout could have been better with the toilet tucked in a small space.
Dining

The dining experience was excellent, with plenty of choice and a beautiful setting. The staff went out of their way to provide friendly and top-notch service, ensuring a lovely meal for guests.
Facilities

The facilities were good overall, with a nice breakfast selection, friendly staff, and a beautiful dining area that suited our style perfectly. However, some aspects like the cramped bathroom and shared balcony could be improved for better guest comfort.
