The breakfast included a great buffet. I enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service at the outside terrace bar. (The cocktails were divine!)
I found that no one spoke French, a significant drawback. The windows in the room had limited opening capacity, not ideal.

Romantic Seaside Escape
caring staff breakfast selection rainforest shower
The staff showed constant care and attention . Breakfast included many options with diligence shown to ingredients and preparation. The pool area was relaxing. The rainforest shower was especially soothing. The staff's kindness really stood out, and their attention to detail made all the difference.
The limited parking spaces required alternative arrangements, I found this a little inconvenient on arrival.

Excellent Stay at a Centrally Located Hotel
central location clean room very good service
The hotel location is great and very central. I found my standard room clean and it was comfortable. The bed provided a very good night's sleep. Breakfasts were varied and the service was first class. Service throughout the hotel was really good and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
The limited parking created an issue. I did not expect the space to be so tight. The website mentions this. it can accommodate only about 20 cars, which can be problematic if you plan to arrive with a car.

The hotel is ideally situated for access to the center and the island's transport network. Its position allows convenient exploration of nearby attractions, like Elizabeth Castle. I appreciated the central position.

fantastic experience!
cute staff spacious room modern furniture farewell goodie bag
i was waiting for my ferry and decided to write this review. the staff were so cute and always smiling, asking if i needed anything. yohan was especially kind and made sure i was happy with my meals. my room was spacious with modern furniture (i got an upgrade!). the hotel let me use the facilities after checking out and even gave me a farewell goodie bag.
the hotel parking had limited spaces, so i needed to return early to secure a spot. it made renting a car difficult.

the room included a comfortable king bed and a seating area with a sofa. i had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles, and the climate control system maintained a pleasant temperature. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided high-quality toiletries.
