a romantic getaway
very nice location breakfast variety lovely array
the location was very nice, directly on the main street. restaurants and shops were steps away, and i could almost reach out and touch the leaning tower. breakfast offered many choices. it was a delight to find such a lovely array of options each morning.
the rooftop terrace staff could have been more cute to hotel guests wanting only drinks. i had to show my room key as proof.

the room was impeccably clean, and the bed felt wonderfully soft. a hairdryer was provided, and a selection of toiletries ensured i had everything i needed. the shower worked great.

this hotel has an excellent location for access to main attractions. nearby restaurants and bars provided many options for dining and evening entertainment. taxis from the airport arrived quickly because it was so central.

the rooftop terrace bar had amazing views. the restaurant food was delicious, and i found the prices very reasonable. breakfast included yogurt, pastries, fruit, bacon and scrambled eggs for the perfect start of the day.

The staff helped me order a taxi. The breakfast was very good! I enjoyed a lovely evening meal on the roof terrace with great views. It was so amazing!
The hotel seems quite dated. The street was very noisy early morning and evening. I found it hard to sleep. The WiFi was also very bad. The signal was weak.

stale pastries weak brew
I thought the breakfast was not great. The pastries seemed stale. the coffee machine produced a weak brew. also, the lack of tea-making facilities in the room was disappointing. A kettle would have been welcome. the room felt basic for the price i paid and i found the experience slightly underwhelming.

not exactly thrilled, i must say
thin walls noise issue
Honestly, the room wasn't the quietest. paper thin walls really. You could hear everything from the hallway. and, for some reason there was a distinct lack of soundproofing, which became a bit of an issue since it's located on a busy street? we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the staff were helpful. i found the air conditioning to be really good. the sightseeing locations were walkable and close by. it was a great bonus to be so close to everything.
The shower door did not close well. I noticed water leaked onto the floor. the bathroom door was rotting at the bottom. the room was basic. There was no kettle to make coffee. i was a bit disappointed with that.
