underwhelming experience
slow serviceuncomfortable bed
The service at the terrace was slow. I often had to go to the bar to order, even after waiting a long time. on one occasion, i waited over 20 minutes and no one came, so i left. the room thermostat showed 24-26 degrees, even with the air conditioning and closed curtains. this made sleeping uncomfortable. the bed was like two single beds pushed together, it had a visible sag in the middle.

the staff provided water regularly near the lake, a charming touch. the superior room offered a good view, a true enhancement to the stay. fresh towels was each day, ensuring maximum comfort. i also appreciated the quick resolution of any questions i had at reception.
The gym equipment felt slightly dated. Updates could enhance the fitness experience. it could benefit from newer machines and a more modern setup. this would align better with the hotel's other high-quality offerings.
