i really appreciated the superb central location. i found my room very super clean and cozy, a real plus after long days. i did notice some queues at the lobby during checkout, .
during my visit, a fire alarm went off, sadly right when i wanted to rest, after an early start. it stopped me from accessing my room and delayed my plans. it was a bit disruptive.

this hotel sits near the duomo, metro, restaurants and shops. it is also close to la scala and shopping. the location allows for easy access to many attractions. everything is within walking distance!!!

the breakfast included a large selection of food. the variety was very excellent. the staff are very accommodating during breakfast service. the food was AMAZING!!!

staff members are polite and helpful, and Sharon checked us in. the rooms were cleaned and tidied twice daily. chocolate gifts were delivered each night and were a lovely touch. the service was so good!!!

the location was acceptable because its proximity to the duomo is convenient.
i really dislike the breakfast room because it lacks a window and was like a converted parking space, breakfast was not good. it was terrible.

the location was acceptable
i was disappointed with my room it was not satisfactory the shower drain did not work properly water flooded the entire bathroom after just one shower this extended into the closet area i had to use the towels to mop it up
