a balanced stay experience

the breakfast buffet had a vast array of options. i appreciated the freshly cooked eggs and fresh fruit. fresh tea and coffee were served directly to my table. this made breakfast quite enjoyable.
Our room was dusty. It was never cleaned well . the bed linen was off-white in color, and very creased. it didn't seem like something you would expect from a 5-star hotel. the fruit selection was basic, with no pineapple or melon.

Really good service and perfect location

heated pools value buffet
The hotel is conveniently located near the busy area and its many restaurants. The public areas ARE beautiful and well-kept. I found many sunbeds available around the large heated pools. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the good value buffet offered for dinner.
Open-plan bathrooms may require some adjustment for some guests. I found the air conditioning not fully adjustable in the room. This was only a minor inconvenience during my January stay. It did affect my overall comfort somewhat though.

Wonderful Stay at This Tenerife Hotel!

swim-up room excellent breakfast
I was very impressed with my swim-up room. It featured an iron and ironing board built in, a fridge, a queen-sized bed, and a large hd tv. the maids were quickly in my room each morning, which i appreciated. breakfast had an excellent choice, and i enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one evening. It had a large selection of meats, fish, pasta, and desserts.
The evening entertainment was good but the lighting was too bright. It spoiled the ambiance.

the restaurant provided a vast breakfast buffet that included cooked eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, bacon, and fresh bread. tea and coffee were served directly to my table, quite convenient, and the service was attentive. i was very satisfied with the offerings.

the hotel features well-kept saltwater swimming pools and offers plenty of sunbeds. it has a rooftop bar with amazing views, perfect for watching the sunset. there's also a gym with equipment for serious lifters and a personal trainer available.

my beautiful room had a very comfortable bed with three pillow choices. it was spacious, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was great. nespresso coffee was provided, which i really enjoyed, along with a large powerful shower.
