Our standard double room offered ample space. We enjoyed moving freely. the bed was notably comfortable, contributing to restful nights. daily cleaning left the room super clean. We always returned to a fresh space. quiet surroundings allowed us to unwind fully. We weren't disturbed by outside noise.
The gym was smaller than expected. It had limited equipment options.

The large pool featured a heated section. It was very inviting. plenty of sunbeds surrounded the pool. but the umbrella coverage was solid. there were many places to sit and enjoy the views, it was so relaxing.

The hotel enjoys a favorable location with a short walk to the beach. It made outings easy. several bars and restaurants were nearby. we often took evening strolls and enjoyed the atmosphere of the promenade area, very romantic.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. their assistance was always prompt and courteous. the entertainment team provided engaging shows. We looked forward to the evening programs. allergen information in the restaurant was easy to obtain.

the food changed every day! i saw new options for lunch and dinner. it was great! the balcony had lovely pool and sea views. i really enjoyed seeing the cats and how the hotel cares for them! it's a nice touch.
the sound proofing wasn't the best in the rooms. it wasn't a big deal for me but worth noting!

The staff were friendly. A new member behind reception stood out. she was helpful with all my queries throughout the stay. the hotel had loads of seating areas which was fantastic. the location of the hotel was also very good.
the balcony doors lacked a lock, concerning. i also missed the door eye on the door. the all inclusive drinks are very limited. i felt most drinks were watered down.

The room was spacious and the calming decor created a relaxing atmosphere. The king size bed and pillows were comfortable, I slept very well. The staff was great, friendly, and very thorough (i really appreciated their professionalism). The hotel had notices regarding sun bed reservations and this rule was well enforced.
The food was ok, but lacked imagination, it was very bland and lacked flavour, especially for all inclusive.
