The architecture was amazing , with fine outlooks out to sea and overlooking the hotel grounds.
The room temperature was awful , and the air conditioning did not work. I asked twice for it to be fixed , but all they did was switch on the fan. It had to be kept on overnight , and it sounded LIKE a helicopter landing.

the junior suite garden view was spacious. fresh fruit and flowers were replenished daily, a lovely touch. i loved the molton brown toiletries provided, such an indulgent treat after a day in the sun.
the hotel map given at check-in was difficult to use. it lacked clear signage, i found myself often disoriented within the extensive grounds.

Breakfast had amazing selections. The beach club salad stood out (i still crave it!). la hacienda offered very good meals. the staff, including manuel, rebecca, and roxanne, contributed to a very pleasant dining experience.

the team provided amazing service. the staff greeted me with smiles and quickly met my needs. they promptly accommodated my request for a room closer to the central pool area the next morning.

the hotel has nice garden settings. the pools are right at the adeje promenade. it is a short walk into adeje (about 10 minutes), perfect for exploring local spots.

The gardens are beautiful. They were immaculately cared for. friendly staff were helpful. breakfast was excellent and offered a good choice of options. location gives access to the beach.
The room had a damp odor. It was musty. turn-down service was inconsistent at best. trash was left behind and used towels not removed.

The pools are lovely. The beach club salad tasted delicious. the menu at the beach club restaurant had good options.

I appreciated the well kept grounds and the proximity to the beach. It was just steps away. The breakfast selection was expansive. Staff members were friendly and very attentive. I felt welcomed .
Navigating the complex was challenging, I found the map difficult to use. Signage was insufficient to locate restaurants and other facilities. It would be useful to improve orientation .

The hotel grounds include many amazing restaurants. I especially liked the unbelievable breakfast buffet. The hotel has entertainment every night around the pool area. i enjoyed the great bar inside with even more entertainment.
i noticed the hotel could use a revamp to bring it up to date.
