solid stay with a few highlights
wonderful variety single-use plastic clean gym soft towels
the breakfast had a wonderful variety. single-use plastic was not present, i commend that. the gym was always clean and well air-conditioned. i found the towels soft.

helpful staff clean rooms comfortable stay
The staff is super amazing and goes all out making my stay comfortable. I noticed rooms were super clean, and I loved the pool area. I got a massage with Camilla and it felt amazing. I love the helpful staff and clean rooms!
Evening bar service did not provide decaffeinated coffee.

The hotel sits right on the water, and I walked easily to various new and modern eateries at the Marina. The location felt serene and offered convenient access to dining options and scenic views. It is an awesome spot!

I took advantage of the parking garage and it was air conditioned. The garage had ample spaces for navigating. I tried the underground pool aqua area together and it was one of my favorites. It is awesome!

The staff was cute at 8am when I checked in early, taking my luggage. They had me in my room before 9am, after my red-eye flight. The service was amazing. I loved the kind gestures!

the spa management was terrible the staff did not notify guests of the necessity to book an hour slot previously there was no possibility to enjoy the spa due to the lack of efficient management i was very disappointed

Excellent stay
attentive staff efficient check-in spacious layout
The staff was attentive and handled my luggage promptly. I was greeted warmly and my check-in was completed efficiently. The room included electronic drapes, a large balcony overlooking the pool and a very spacious layout. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, a separate tub, and a private area for the toilet.
I found the gym equipment to be a bit dated and limited. It could benefit from an update to provide a better workout experience. There was only one bench available.

Breakfast offered many selections. The staff prepared special omelets and French toast to accommodate dietary restrictions. Preferences were remembered each day without additional requests. That was excellent.
Service
10/10
The front desk staff provided immediate assistance. Housekeeping ensured fresh towels looked daily. Nightly turndown service included Lindt chocolates. This reminded me of a thoughtful touch .
Rooms
9/10
The room offered great comfort and size. It included a full-size umbrella for unexpected weather. Granite and marble were used throughout. This added a timeless character to the overall appearance.
