I was given a room with a lovely sea view! the location near the beach was certainly convenient. breakfast had a good selection of food. This made mornings easy before heading out.
The bathroom looked quite old. I noticed a drainage hole in the floor, not ideal.

The beachfront location was EXCELLENT!!! The room had a modern design and good quality finishes. Meals were great with a good variety of choices, and there was plenty of food. The staff are super friendly and professional, which i appreciate.

The hotel features direct access to the boardwalk and provides superb views of the Butibamba beach from rooms. A short walk takes you to the town, providing convenience. The position right behind the beach is ideal.

the big room on the sixth floor faced west and overlooked the pool. it was very clean, i liked that it was serviced daily. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options and seemed well set out. i enjoyed happy hour beers at the pool bar between 12 and 1.
the corridors had old carpets with stains, it really was a very poor hotel

my room had a fridge that was handy to store drinks and snacks, i appreciated this a lot. the balcony was a good size and offered a space to relax and enjoy the views. it was a good experience.

the location is excellent, i could reach the beach in steps and the hotel is in a central location. i noticed there were plenty of plants around, this add a freshness to the environment. there are also beach bars and restaurants within walking distance.

i experienced great variety for breakfast, they did offer many choices to consider. the buffet had a good selection and it was enjoyable. the breakfast space was generally clean and tidy.
