this hotel is big. it is well maintained. i saw clean rooms and common areas. it has four swimming pools and some are heated. breakfast is available outside. i saw friendly staff. the hotel offers direct access to seaside. i saw families and couples there.
i noticed the food offering changed. menus were adapted. it seems like the hotel did some cost reduction using cheaper alternatives. the food at the mexican restaurant agave was not as great as before.

the hotel was clean throughout. attention to detail was evident. the rooms were comfortable. the suite provided perfect space for my family. the entertainment proved thoroughly enjoyable.
The buffet selection was extensive. Though, it always offered something suitable.

the staff provided detailed explanations upon arrival. they fulfilled my bed topper request promptly! i even received a follow-up call to ensure satisfaction with the additional bedding.

The hotel's outdoor areas featured green spaces. the surrounding area has a beautiful lava rock cliff. i saw a bike path with a lovely spot for outdoor activities and sunset walks. It was a great benefit.

I found breakfast very varied and good. The buffet offered excellent value! it had many choices. the chef even prepared a special omelette for me at my request. This was a really nice, unexpected touch.

The rooms had a spacious layout. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also featured a 90s-style wall phone in the bathroom. I found this kind of interesting. Though a little old school.
