Excellent Hotel for a Nice Trip

I really liked the aqua park pool. Marina was very kind and kept the kids safe.
I found the location of the hotel to be a bit inconvenient. It is on a fairly steep hill, so a taxi ride to the main areas is needed. I used taxis to go to town.

Multiple swimming pools are available, including a splash zone. There is also an on-site supermarket offering great convenience. The resort caters very well to families and children of all age groups, and it is very family friendly.

The suite had a beautiful design and felt neat. Amenities were all available and the kitchen was fully functional. The room included attached balconies with beautiful views. The cleaning service maintained the room to a high standard.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport. Taxis cost about €35, I found. The hotel location offers a peaceful setting away from busy towns, a feature I welcomed. I also enjoyed my taxi rides.

Breakfast offered a good selection of foods. There was a large variety to choose from, I found. Lunch and dinner were very nice with a good variety, as well. All-inclusive drinks were readily available and worthwhile.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff constantly checked on us to ensure comfort. They always resolved all our queries efficiently. I experienced excellent service throughout the hotel, it was amazing.

The apartment was spacious for two people. i found the kitchen fully equipped (it had everything needed for basic cooking). i enjoyed the restaurant's varied food selection. The pastries were delicious. i was pleased that underground parking was available for an extra fee, though free parking was also nearby.
i noticed the hotel was to be a bit dated. some lights in the room didn't work properly (this made applying makeup difficult). the towel hanger in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. the sunbeds was dirty and in poor condition, affecting the overall experience.

I noticed maintenance issues . The kitchen sink had damage in several places. some electrical sockets were malfunctioning, inconvenient. I also found the beds not very comfortable. There were no mattress toppers available to improve this.

Heated pools are a delight. I found the on-site shop very convenient and well-stocked. the breakfast options were fantastic and plentiful, a pleasant way to start the day! taxi service was swift when ordered through reception, i appreciated that.
The air conditioning worked well. but the evening entertainment was not great.

The staff was so lovely. From the receptionists to the cleaners, everyone was great. they were very family friendly. the staff are always smiling, so that gives a good impression.

The room was very comfy and clean it had a great view from the balcony. breakfast was delicious with a very wide variety of choices. the staff was very helpful. Reception being open 24 hours was great when my flight landed late.
the roof terrace had no undercover area or umbrellas it got full sun and was unusable. it was level with the motorway behind the hotel it was noisy and not very pleasant.

the pools were warm and clean with plenty of lounge chairs available. the hotel had an onsite shop it was very convenient for any forgotten items. a free bus to siam park was also convenient and easy to book.

the family suite was spacious i found the layout over two floors convenient. the breakfast buffet had a good selection i tasted tasty items daily. the pool was warm i noticed ample sun chairs.
i found some steps leading to rooms quite steep if you have mobility issues.
