This hotel was a gem hidden at the top of a hill. The apartment on two levels with a balcony and day bed in the back courtyard was fantastic. Daily cleaning with fresh towels and linen made it even more welcoming, although the multiple flights of stairs could be a bit tiring. The layout with two floors, offering a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a kitchenette and lounge upstairs, along with two balconies, was a nice touch.
The hotel offers a duplex room layout with the living room and kitchen upstairs and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The location is excellent with three pools, though access might be challenging for buggies. The food quality was not the best, but the grilled vegetables were a highlight. Service was exceptional, especially for families with children, and the reception staff were super friendly. The proximity to the airport is convenient, and the presence of Mr SANTI stood out positively.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and tidy with great air conditioning and good kitchen facilities for self-catering. The service was genuine, friendly, and always with a smile, especially Pepe who provided amazing food daily. The location was convenient, although in need of improvements. The dining experience offered fresh and varied meals but had a slightly late start time. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.
