Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered an amazing view of the mountains, were very clean, and extremely comfortable, making me feel like I was in a true five-star luxury setting. The fact that they allowed my dog was a huge bonus, providing all the comfort you would expect. However, the lack of hangers for jackets was a bit inconvenient. The service was top-notch, with friendly and service-oriented staff like Maria and Lenka catering to every need. The location was fantastic, offering stunning views of the mountains and being excellent for exploring tourist sites. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes available, though a bit of a letdown compared to other Kempinski hotels. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.
