Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the Grandhotel Praha. The rooms were very good comfortable and well-sized, offering beautiful views of the valley and the city of Poprad. However, they were a bit cold at times due to the central heating system being off for extended periods. The service was exceptional, especially at the diner where the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The location was truly amazing, with stunning sunset views over the Tatras and a small outside swimming pool. The dining experience was sumptuous, offering a wide array of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms in the new wing were fantastic, offering a lovely view of the mountains and easily accommodating our group of four. The wide room had two sinks and a beautiful view of the valley, making our stay truly enjoyable. The service was exceptional, especially to German guests, under the executive supervision of F&B manager Mr Radomir Kuban. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The location, although not perfect, was excellent, situated in a quiet forest area just a few minutes' walk from town. The dining experience also exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious meals to choose from, including a delightful 3-course dinner. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch amenities and facilities.
The hotel offers nice rooms with a lovely view over the valley, although they could benefit from some updates. The service here is exceptional, with a very friendly and professional staff always ready to assist. The location, especially the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the Tatras, is a highlight, providing a cool experience. The dining options are varied and delightful, with delicious choices available. Some facilities are great, although limited by availability at certain times.
