Excellent Stay in a Historic Hotel

wide selection quality dishes enjoyable experience
The breakfast offered a very wide selection of tasty, high-quality dishes. The wellness area provided a clean and enjoyable experience. I appreciated the comfortable beds, ensuring a great rest. I would gladly return to this beautiful, clean hotel.
The number of loungers by the pool was limited. This shortage created some inconvenience during peak times. Hopefully, additional seating can be added to accommodate more guests.

The hotel is near both the train station and the center, accessible within a 10-minute walk, assuring convenient access to transportation and local amenities. It is in a very quiet area. The cable car pass provided complimentary access to mountain excursions.

Breakfast included fresh and various foods of good quality, so guests have many options. The restaurant staff was professional and very nice. They provided excellent service. Dinners featured delicious food and an excellent variety of wines.

The brand new wellness area included a massage service. I recommend masseur Jožko. The hotel offers a complimentary cable car ticket to Hrebienok, a good idea. The spacious and inviting wellness area features a grand, newly installed whirlpool bath.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. i found local specialties at the restaurant particularly excellent. the indoor pool was a good experience. but we loved the spa facilities!
the fitness center seemed a little too equipped for us.

a reflective stay amidst the peaks

good variety fantastic spa
the breakfast had a good variety, but wasn't very vegan friendly. the spa was fantastic. i also enjoyed the place and the location, it was very nice overall.
i found the cleaning wasn't great, and i didn't see a difference when we came back to the room. parking also cost 10 eur per day. this was on hotel parking. i have not seen that before.

the wellness center was nicely designed and featured several types of saunas. massage services. there were many seating areas available. i enjoyed the grand piano in the inside bar area.

the staff overall seemed very good, and the facilities were up to par. i did not have any trouble walking to nearby restaurants. the train, the bus, and the funicular were close to the trails.
