The hotel location is fantastic and is near lovely shops.

The gym had limited hours. It opened a bit later than i expected.

Concierge Magdolina helped me a lot, and so did Miguel at the Front Desk. They set up the connecting rooms for us and recommended a cool tour, also a restaurant. The staff are very amazing and rooms was super clean clean. Breakfast was very good. I want stay in this hotel again!
There was no bell boy around when I arrived at 3 p.m., so I needed to carry my bags. The guy at the reception was not very friendly. He could not give me change for 50 pln. The lounge is small. The food options do not feel five-star to me.
