The breakfast offered a wonderful array of choices.
I stayed for several nights. My initial room was unfortunately subjected to constant noise coming from adjacent properties. I found it quite difficult to relax. The staff showed little concern regarding my discomfort. This was disheartening and impacted my stay.

The wedding lunch felt particularly special with careful attention. The staff were always kind and supportive. Ms Joanna, the hotel manager, helped us plan every detail with openness. The entire team.
i found that hallway lights did not illuminate the key card slot enough making it hard to see.

the location is great, very close to many attractions. i found the staff helpful with directions..
I was given a very thin pillow. i also had a small decorative pillow. Using both was the only way to get comfortable. there were no english channels on the tv, disappointing after a long day.

i found the breakfast buffet to be great. it had loads of delicious options. our classic double room was gorgeous warm and spacious.
the bath itself is very small. it is not comfortable. the shower head was half broken. the water tap in the bath was also half broken because we couldn't switch between lower and upper flow of water.
