Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Shortcomings
constant noise little concern
The breakfast offered a wonderful array of choices.
I stayed for several nights. My initial room was unfortunately subjected to constant noise coming from adjacent properties. I found it quite difficult to relax. The staff showed little concern regarding my discomfort. This was disheartening and impacted my stay.

excellent location helpful staff blackout curtains
the hotel's location is excellent. it is within walking distance of many attractions. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. my room was quiet and well kept with a comfortable bed and blackout curtains.
the elevator was occasionally slow. this resulted in short waits during peak hours.

The reception staff quickly addressed my inquiries. the concierge provided useful information about local tours. the housekeeping staff ensured the room was super clean each day. Their attention to detail was appreciated.

spacious room clean staff english channel expensive breakfast
i found the location very good. the room it was spacious for me. i noticed it was kept very clean by the staff.
the tv had no english channels. breakfast was very expensive, and i did not enjoy it.

The wedding lunch felt particularly special with careful attention. The staff were always kind and supportive. Ms Joanna, the hotel manager, helped us plan every detail with openness. The entire team.
i found that hallway lights did not illuminate the key card slot enough making it hard to see.

The rooms are impeccably super clean and cozy. Attention to detail felt great and rooms were spacious. Classic rooms are square with a table and chairs, allowing one to relax.

thin pillow missing channels
the location is great, very close to many attractions. i found the staff helpful with directions..
I was given a very thin pillow. i also had a small decorative pillow. Using both was the only way to get comfortable. there were no english channels on the tv, disappointing after a long day.

breakfast buffet delicious options small bath broken shower
i found the breakfast buffet to be great. it had loads of delicious options. our classic double room was gorgeous warm and spacious.
the bath itself is very small. it is not comfortable. the shower head was half broken. the water tap in the bath was also half broken because we couldn't switch between lower and upper flow of water.
