The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the train station and the city center. Breakfast offered a wide selection.. and was of a high standard. The staff was helpful and friendly.
There was a lot of noise at night. This prevented restful sleep. The room lacked slippers and had few toiletries. The carpet also looked dirty.

the hotel is located right across from the main train station and a tram stop, i found this convenient. i could easily access other parts of the city using public transport. the airport bus also leaves from the bus station opposite the hotel, a very cheap option. the breakfasts were really good with a large variety of options
the window in my room was quite small, it felt a bit closed in. i would have preferred a larger window to allow for more natural light.

the renovated bedroom was spacious and stylish, it also felt very clean. the comfy bed ensured a good night's rest, everything felt fresh and new. this.

The staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. the reception staff spoke excellent english, quite helpful. the service throughout the hotel was friendly.

The hotel's location is prime. It is right across the road from the main station. this location made it very easy to arrive and depart. I did not use taxis at all. the old town is also within easy walking distance.

I found the location very convenient, just opposite the train and bus stations. The historic building had spacious, clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. The fitness room was equipped WELL.
I noticed a very slight delay at check-in due to a momentary system issue.

The staff provided top-level assistance, and the daily cleaning was thorough with fresh towels and accessory replenishment. The staff was pleasant and willing to help with any request that i had, any time of day or night.

The hotel had spacious rooms and high ceilings, and the air conditioning worked GREAT!!! Breakfast featured diverse options and tasted delicious. I used the on-site fitness facilities. They had a variety of modern equipment.

the location was very central, just a few steps to the shopping area.
I was disappointed with the noise. it started around 5:30 or 6 am. I heard staff walking in the hallways. i could hear every step, and then there were banging noises. It was like they were moving things. i could not really rest.
