Authentic Interior and Great Amenities
good ventilation authentic interior large pool pillow choice
The room had very good air ventilation. It made me comfortable. The historic building had an authentic interior. There was a large swimming pool and a spa area. We could choose our pillow type from a menu. Standard hotel pillows are often firm.
The room was very hot. It was stifling. The mattress closest to the windows in the room was awful. It sloped towards the head of the bed.

My room was spacious and included comfortable furniture. The balcony offered a lovely view of the distant mountains, it was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The decor maintained the hotel's historic charm.

The staff provided really good service. They allowed us to leave the car in the spacious parking area after checkout. The breakfast was varied and tasty, it had plenty of sliced fruit. I appreciated the staff's attentiveness.

The location provided convenient access to the area's attractions. A bus stop nearby provided easy access to the cable car. I found the hotel well-situated for exploring local sights. It was easy to walk to many places.

breakfast selection fruit selection air ventilation broken jacuzzi hot room no air conditioning
the breakfast selection featured a wide range of options. there was fruit already peeled and sliced. i found the air ventilation in the room very good.
the jacuzzi was not working during my entire stay. the room got very hot. there was no air conditioning available.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the room was spacious and very clean. bathrobes were available for use in the room.
the windows in my room were small and the view was limited.

acceptable stay , some issues
stifling room sloping mattress
the location was pretty convenient , i guess.
the room was hot , and it was stifling. the mattress near the window seemed to slope towards the head of the bed , i found it really odd. i expected better for the price.
