The room had very good air ventilation. It made me comfortable. The historic building had an authentic interior. There was a large swimming pool and a spa area. We could choose our pillow type from a menu. Standard hotel pillows are often firm.
The room was very hot. It was stifling. The mattress closest to the windows in the room was awful. It sloped towards the head of the bed.

My room was spacious and included comfortable furniture. The balcony offered a lovely view of the distant mountains, it was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The decor maintained the hotel's historic charm.

The staff provided really good service. They allowed us to leave the car in the spacious parking area after checkout. The breakfast was varied and tasty, it had plenty of sliced fruit. I appreciated the staff's attentiveness.

The location provided convenient access to the area's attractions. A bus stop nearby provided easy access to the cable car. I found the hotel well-situated for exploring local sights. It was easy to walk to many places.

the breakfast selection featured a wide range of options. there was fruit already peeled and sliced. i found the air ventilation in the room very good.
the jacuzzi was not working during my entire stay. the room got very hot. there was no air conditioning available.

The receptionist was very friendly, i appreciated that. The spa area was very clean. I found it very convenient that the hotel is a short walk from the main train station and close to several shops.
The room was a bit too hot. It felt stuffy.
