I was thrilled by the exceptional room that was worth every penny, seeing the children's faces light up at check-in. However, it took a while for the room to cool down even with the air set to 60 and high.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were fun with a separate kids' bunk bed area, the check-in process took longer than expected. The service was exceptional overall, with staff going out of their way to offer early check-in and accommodating our requests. However, there were instances of unfriendly behavior, like sarcastic remarks about purchased items. The location was a bit crowded but easily accessible to different attractions. The dining options were good with tasty meals in the morning and evening, but the service could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the long hallway made getting to activities quite a trek. The service was attentive and friendly, however, the location was less than ideal due to being by a storage room. Dining was hit and miss with good quality food but limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were generally satisfactory.
