The hotel had amazing, humongous rooms that were very well-appointed, but the darkness from the dark carpet and wood made them feel still quite dim even with all the lights on. The service went above and beyond to anticipate our needs with super-friendly and helpful staff. The location was fab, offering a welcoming atmosphere, inspiring art collection, and great dining options, although the dining experience fell a bit short. The facilities were excellent overall.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. From being allocated a room with extra special treats that exceeded our expectations to the incredibly friendly staff who provided top-notch service, everything was just exceptional. The design of the rooms leaned more towards aesthetics than practicality but still offered luxurious amenities like a mini-bar, soaking tub, and two TVs.

The hotel offered a pretty average stay with clean rooms that made me feel fancy; however, the noise levels were noticeable even on a high floor. The service was exceptional with very helpful and friendly staff, though pricing could be more competitive. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions but felt a bit crowded. The dining was good but fell short of the hotel's overall excellence.
