The hotel had a not very charming room located across the road with a view of the backs of a few other buildings. The service appeared to lack direction and good customer interaction but managed to arrange our room with rose petals and a complimentary bottle of champagne. The location was beautiful, with just a 20-25 minute walk to the city center. The dining provided a decent variety of food, though it could have been hotter. The hotel braved the extraordinary situation with a relatively large variety of food at 15 euros.
The hotel was fantastic, with spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. There was a well-stocked minibar, and overlooking the pool added to the charm. The only downside was the smaller room size, but overall, a faultless experience.
My stay at the hotel was just perfect. The rooms were spacious and lively with a good en-suite, though a bit sterile for my personal taste. The bed was supposed to be one full bed but turned out to be two beds pushed together with shared bedding.
The hotel offers lovely spacious rooms that are exceptionally clean and serviced daily, although some rooms on the first floor may feel a bit dark; however, upper floors provide a better view. The large terrace with a garden/pool mountain view and private patio are great additions to the rooms.
The hotel rooms were of decent size, clean, and had comfy beds; however, the breakfast room was not outstanding. The service was excellent overall, with attentive staff, but fell short of expectations in some areas. The location was fantastic, close to the town and a beautiful park, despite occasional sound system issues. The dining experience was good but not exceptional, offering average quality food. The facilities were adequate, with room for improvement.
The hotel has its ups and downs; while the rooms are adequately clean and comfortable, the noise from the street can be disruptive at times. The service is exceptional, notably Laura who made our honeymoon special. The location is ideal for exploring the island, but some noise can be heard. The dining options are fantastic, especially thanks to Guilia for her outstanding service. The facilities overall are good with some room for improvement.
