oh my gosh, the staff here are total rockstars! they always were very good too make sure i had everything i needed. i always got a friendly greeting and awesome service. the location is amazing because it is close to everything!
i noticed the soundproofing could use some help, especially with thin walls. noise from the hallway was quite noticeable, made sleep a bit difficult.

the hotel boasts a lively pool area, which includes singers and dancers. a saxophone player performed . there is a nice pool bar for drinks and snacks, so i never felt bored.

the food was amazing. there was so much variety, with salmon, chicken, steak, and fish all cooked to perfection!!! the hotel was super clean and cozy, it really was. it is situated right on the beach, a location perfect for exploring both sides of the bay.
the walls felt paper thin. i could clearly hear my neighbors. people seemed to drag furniture around, and the noise was really bad early in the morning. the shower, when turned on, sprayed everywhere because of small window partitions across the bath, and the floor became a swimming bath!!!

The hotel boasts a great position and the food was amazing. The catering crew offered attentive, professional service. the quality-price ratio seemed stellar! particularly with the all-inclusive option i chose. It was a no brainer. the staff welcomed everyone warmly upon arrival and throughout the entire stay which i really appreciated.
The gym wasn't air conditioned and the equipment, while functional, looked a little old. Perhaps some upgrades are due there.

The hotel features a sizable pool area. I observed about thirty loungers and ten parasols ensuring adequate shade. a small gym is available. It contains two treadmills and some free weights. there's also direct beach access. This made it really easy to enjoy the sea.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the food choices at the buffet were excellent every night.. all food was labelled clearly. i have some food intolerances, and this was very important.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from the corridor, even with the internal door closed. people dragging furniture around upstairs was also loud first thing in the morning. the shower design was not great, water went everywhere.
