the rooms were spacious. i was glad my premium king room had good layout. the breakfast in the dining room was amazing. the team members looked after us, this was very nice.
i noticed some plumbing issues. i found a persistent sewage smell. the front desk staff pretended there were no issues, that was not great. the plumbing problems were not disclosed during check in.

the breakfast buffet had three sections. it included fruits, breads, and a hot section. waffles, pancakes and eggs were made to order. the staff were cute and kind.
The massage room was brightly lit. upbeat and loud music played. proper sheets and a blanket were not available on the massage bed. Towels were used instead.

the check-in process was slow there were only three counters open for almost five hundred rooms

i had several frustrating issues. the housekeeping was inconsistent (i often had to request basic toiletries) and the mini-bar was empty upon arrival.
