The room service was AMAZING and prompt. The concierge desk provided super helpful assistance. The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. I especially thank JEFF at the restaurant, HE was smiling and accommodating!!!
The cost of food felt quite high. It slightly affected the overall experience.

the location of the hotel was convenient for accessing main attractions.
The room i booked had a problem with the air conditioning unit, it blew cold air despite being set to 22 degrees. this was frustrating. also, only two standard pillows were provided. This led to neck discomfort.

The location was very convenient. Everything was close. The staff were friendly, and they provided excellent service. I got upgraded to a nice suite with a lovely view!
A man at reception was rude and gave no apology. There was a dirty cotton bud on the floor of my room when I arrived, though.
