old furnishings weak shower pressure
The location was convenient enough. It's not too far from the main attractions.
honestly, the room was a letdown. i booked a "beautiful double room city or courtyard view", but the furnishings seemed old. the bathroom felt cramped, and the shower pressure was weak. i don't think i'd return.

underwhelming for the price
poor soundproofing inappropriate response
the location was acceptable and close enough to the main attractions.
i was really disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in my room. i could hear my neighbors VERY clearly, including noises i'd rather not hear in any hotel, let alone one of this supposed caliber. management's response was basically, 'you should have called us so we could tell them to be quiet,' which is ridiculous!!!

the staff remembered our names and preferences the room had calming decor and was spacious breakfast included fresh food every morning the concierge team assisted with reservations and special requests. the hotel also has very easy access to the train to go to italy.
paper cups were provided for the in-room coffee machine i thought this was not fitting for a hotel of this standard i would have liked porcelain cups instead

The breakfast had a huge selection of fresh bread. I also liked the fruits and jams. My room was spacious, and it had a seaview. The location is great (walking distance to the casino).
The communications with the hotel prior to my arrival was disappointing. The bathroom was excessively well lit. My tv didn't work.
