Central location and great service

This hotel has a central location. The staff were wonderful, always offering assistance with directions and recommendations. I especially enjoyed the daily breakfast buffetwith great variety. The rooms also featured fine decor. Service levels only added to our enjoyable stay.
Housekeeping was not thorough for the price. I returned to the room at 2:30 PM. It was not yet made up. When I called for cleaning, the job was only half done, disappointing. Some walls also had outright dirty spots.

The staff provided helpful directions and also gave useful recommendations for local spots. The breakfast buffet included much variety. All items were beautifully presented each morning. It was a very enjoyable experience.

The room had comfortable bedding. The decor added to the enjoyment of my stay. The hotel kept the rooms very clean and tidy. The rooms were spacious and well appointed too. I appreciate it.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. lorenzo was especially amazing! he helped me find a shop for a nice leather jacket. he even looked for me to update me on the status of the store he recommended. the hotel also prepared the bed prior to bedtime.

The breakfast included handmade lattes and a delicious assortment of food, it started each day wonderfully. I got a really good mojito at the bar and sat in the elegant lobby area. the food was AMAZING!!!

I booked the most basic room. It was so small, there was no space to open my cases. The breakfast offered tinned fruit, and the pineapple was brown. The bacon looked questionable..
