The staff provided smooth check-in. our room was super clean and modern. i appreciated the club lounge breakfast. The food and beverage selection was good. the hotel's location offers an easy walk to st paul's cathedral.
i found that the minibar fridge was empty, which detracted slightly from the feeling of luxury i expected.

decent stay, some issues
great locationbritish selectionlow floorwater temperature
the location IS excellent near the river. i could enjoy walking along the thames riverside. also the tube station was close, just a short walk away, about two minutes from the north exit. breakfast offered a very british selection. the coffee and eggs met my expectations.
The room i was assigned was not very quiet. It was on a low floor. i requested an upgrade AS a titanium member, but this wasn't possible. the water temperature fluctuated a lot, it went from hot to cold. i reported this twice, but nothing happened.
