ample space walk-in shower easy order
the room offered ample space for luggage. the bathroom included both a large tub and walk-in shower (perfect. i found the restaurant food satisfying and ordering room service was easy if i wanted to eat in my room.
the minibar prices seemed a little high.

the hotel staff ensured a seamless experience. check-in was quick, and requests were handled efficiently (i requested extra pillows, and they arrived within minutes). i was also able to conveniently store my luggage after checking out.

underwhelming experience
condescending staff clogged sink
The hotel was clean. That's about it.
I found the staff to be a bit condescending. One even asked if it was my first time in this area. the in-room dining was pretty bad, especially given the price. also, the toilet sink was constantly clogged.

I appreciated the friendly staff. They were very accommodating. The room had a comfortable bed and good amenities. The hotel's location were superb.
There was minor delay during check-in, but it wasn't a big problem.

limited luggage space ineffective air conditioning
The room i stayed in felt somewhat cramped. Space for luggage was Limited. I also encountered a problem with the air conditioning. It was not functioning correctly, resulting in an uncomfortably warm room . Despite reporting it, the issue persisted, and the staff did not offer a satisfactory resolution. The lack of effective air conditioning was a SIGNIFICANT DISCOMFORT.
