Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms, characterized by beautiful design and attention to detail, including the lovely Burberry Macs available for use during the stay, were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were stunning, with everything meticulously arranged to make the stay relaxing and luxurious. However, some noise from the ballroom located below could be heard at times.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with some impressive highlights, but there were also some drawbacks to consider. The rooms were nice and perfectly located above the ballroom. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom featuring 2 showers and the convenient sensor touch bin and toilet roll stand. The service was exceptional, especially with the special efforts made to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. However, the staff seemed hesitant to address noisy children, leading to some discomfort. The exquisite location within easy reach of iconic parks and shopping areas was a major plus point. The dining experience was faultless, with a great atmosphere and delicious breakfast, even though some items were slightly overpriced. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives, with spacious and light rooms being a standout feature, but also including very dated and cramped accommodations. The location was ideal for exploring the city, between modernity and tradition, but lacked some attractions within walking distance. The dining options were good and served on a nicely presented table, but the facilities were somewhat limited, affecting the overall experience.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were luxurious and filled with surprises like personalized pastries and family games, although there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The location is perfect for exploring Hyde and Green Park, with the added bonus of enjoying the Alfred Tennyson Pub nearby.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is superb, just off the Piccadilly Line and in the knightsbridge street, close to all the best shops in Knightsbridge. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-serviced. The service provided by the professional and friendly staff, especially Waleed, was top-notch. The dining experience at the chefs table was fabulous, with delicious food and wine. However, the hotel should consider making the lobby more comfortable by adding round tables for guests and providing welcome drinks upon arrival.
