The room was not properly cleaned. there was hair in the bathroom sink. also, the promised newspaper never arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing happened

The room was spacious. It featured fully opening windows. Food from room service arrived quickly. I appreciated the high service standard overall.
The check-in process took a long time. The room was not ready when I arrived. Some staff members were not friendly. They seemed indifferent. I expected more smiles.

the shower lacked a door, therefore i felt cold throughout my shower. the ceiling looked as if it was about to collapse. in-room dining staff seemed unable to manage a simple order.
