bathroom sink missing newspaper
the location was amazing, placing me conveniently close to many attractions.
The room was not properly cleaned. there was hair in the bathroom sink. also, the promised newspaper never arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing happened

spacious room opening window quick service slow process unfriendly staff late room
The room was spacious. It featured fully opening windows. Food from room service arrived quickly. I appreciated the high service standard overall.
The check-in process took a long time. The room was not ready when I arrived. Some staff members were not friendly. They seemed indifferent. I expected more smiles.

missing shower door collapsing ceiling
the location was acceptable for my needs.
the shower lacked a door, therefore i felt cold throughout my shower. the ceiling looked as if it was about to collapse. in-room dining staff seemed unable to manage a simple order.
