Acceptable Stay in City Center
convenient location delicious drinks grey walls wrong sized pillows
I found the location convenient for accessing tourist sites. Walking to different establishments was no problem at all. I liked the bar space because it had delicious food and drinks.
My room had corporate grey walls. The furniture seemed deeply depressing to me. I found the pillows were the wrong size. I had an uncomfortable night as a result.

efficient check-in clean room good facilities nice atmosphere
The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. the room was very clean. Room facilities were good. i found the room well maintained. the bar area provided a nice atmosphere after a day of travel.
the pillows were not the right size, causing a slightly uncomfortable night.

amazing stay! yessss
polite staff great location
i found staff very courteous, especially the team at the lampery restaurant! the location is great too. it's literally a stone's throw from the tower and super convenient to tower hill station. they helped big time with travel due to disruptions.
soundproofing is non existent between rooms. i woke up to next door's alarm. shower pressure was weak, which kinda sucked.

the gym has three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a weight machine. the business center includes three computers with printing access, super important! there's also a gift shop near the lobby, perfect for souvenirs.

the hotel is near the tower hill tube station, linking you everywhere! several restaurants and cafes are within a five minute walk. a small park sits just across the street. the area felt safe to explore, which i appreciated.

the beautiful king room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there is a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks that is great! the room also has a safe large enough for a laptop. i loved it!
