The breakfast was perfect. I especially liked the readily available and regularly topped-up options. I found the gym always empty, great for my workouts. The pool was also free for me every time!!!

unreplaced bulbwarm room
i experienced issues with room maintenance. a light bulb was out in the bathroom and was never replaced despite my reporting it. the air conditioning was also set to a default temperature i could not adjust causing the room to be uncomfortably warm at night. this affected my sleep quality .

The room had slippers. A bathrobe was available, this surprised me. A coffee machine with capsules and a kettle for tea was also in the room. I really appreciated there was no fridge.
The bathroom design is odd. The toilet is in a separate, confined space. This made it a bit uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly. The cleaning girls were fast. They were also efficient and did a good job. Anaya did a great job on checkin, I found her pleasant and helpful.

The indoor pool had a bubble section. The relax area had good comfortable seats. There was a sauna and the art was also interesting. The hotel also provides a bathrobe.

The breakfast was good. There were many options available, I enjoyed the variety. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the meal was delicious. Freshly squeezed juices were available.

The room size was rather small. I could barely move around. I found no coffee mugs in the room, even after asking. the air conditioning was to have limitations, and the room felt warm. I suspect environmental purposes were cited as an excuse.

The staff seemed helpful during check in. My room had decent space. I also found the shower to be amazing. The hotel provided wifi, it was good.
The fitness area had very few exercise devices. I wanted a more serious workout, but was disappointed. The restaurant felt too small. It was difficult to relax after the day.
