The staff was attentive and efficient. Bottled water was supplied along with tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh milk was also available in the fridge. The location is ideal for Sloane Square Underground Station.

I stayed on the first floor. I heard floorboards creaking non-stop when anyone stayed in the room above me. I heard talking if people were loud. I heard anytime they used the shower, sink, or toilet.

breakfast ambience was good and the server was attentive. morning and day staff are helpful and knowledgeable. really lovely and caring people appear to run the place, this makes you feel special. my suite included nice furnishings and was clean.

i was on the first floor. i had to sleep with headphones because i could hear floorboards creaking above me and loud talk. i heard shower/sink and toilet noises at all times.

the breakfast was delicious, i must admit.

The air conditioning seemed to be turned off for the season, a bit of a surprise considering it was still quite warm. The bar was also closed on monday and tuesday, i wasn't thrilled. i also noticed the carpets looked a bit rundown, not what i expect at this price point.
