The staff was wonderful from check-in to cleaners. they were all so friendly and nothing was too much. the atmosphere is homely and calm. You feel comfortable from the minute you arrive to.

we went to see christmas lights and go to theater.. the hotel was one of the best i have stayed in. it was very comfy and tidy. i found the staff beyond helpful and friendly. breakfast was one of the best i've ever had, especially the pastries. really friendly staff.
the area in front of the hotel is quite busy. the entrance is right on a bus lane. i found it challenging to grab a taxi.

the hotel is located within perfect walking distance to a lot of activities. it stands right in the theater district, enabling easy access to shows and performances. covent garden and soho are easily accessible.

the room was decorated beautifully with all the amenities. i found dyson hair dryers in the rooms. the housekeepers were amazing at providing us with snacks and water nightly throughout the stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. the hotel provides excellent turndown service each evening. the flower arrangements throughout the hotel added a beautiful touch. i found the location quite convenient.
The area right outside the hotel entrance is somewhat busy. It can be a little challenging to find a taxi at times.

My room included a dyson hair dryer. I found that quite useful. it featured both us and european plug outlets, so i did not need an adapter. the bathroom had heated floors and plenty of storage space, i liked that.

The breakfast was acceptable (the eggs were cooked as requested).
I had some issues with the room service. It was pretty slow. I waited over an hour for a simple order. It seems that for the price I paid, they could have been more attentive to my request.
