The location was convenient, near tube stations making it easy to access central areas. the staff were friendly and eager to help, offering assistance with luggage and answering questions promptly. i found the rooms clean, modern, and kinda scented. This cleanliness contributed positively to my overall experience. i plan to stay here again.

My room lacked a traditional window, instead with a fake window with a light. this light was problematic as i could not switch it off during the night. This impacted my sleep quality.

cute staff convenient location limited light low shower

i found the staff at reception very cute. onkar greeted us with a big smile. the hotel location was also very convenient. it was close to the tube, made exploring the area easy.

the room i booked was an atrium room. i assumed it would have natural light, but it didn't. also, the shower pressure was quite low, so it was not great.

The staff showed genuine care. Syed helped with our luggage. nimfa arranged a cake for my wife's birthday. adam was very helpful when we checked in. the front desk staff always treated us like friends, it felt comforting.

the internet was unfortunately broken and remained unfixed .
