the room had special tea blends which was acceptable
i was looking forward to a relaxing stay however the minibar bill was incorrect at checkout i was told the snacks were not complimentary this was a misunderstanding about what the concierge told me earlier the staff were not cute and i felt stressed

i found the location central it was only six minutes walk to marble arch tube station. the minimalist japanese styling was evident throughout the hotel including my room. the staff were polished and friendly at the bar.
