The room was very spacious. The bathroom had soft towels. The shower had two shower heads. Staff helped me with anything I needed.

underwhelming experience
limited menu street noise
i was disappointed by a few aspects of my stay. the minibar was not restocked daily. additionally, the room service menu was limited, especially for late-night options (i was hoping for more variety after a long day). the room also had some noise issues, especially from the street. i could hear traffic quite clearly throughout the night. it affected my ability to sleep comfortably.

valet parking spacious room helpful doorman comfortable bed
i enjoyed a brief stay and found the valet parking very convenient. my room, a beautiful king room, offered ample space. toni, the doorman, was friendly and helpful throughout my time there. i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the rooms and the very comfortable beds.
the reception service felt a bit slow upon arrival. i had to wait longer than expected to complete the check-in process.
