decent stay on denmark street
convenient location short walk personal bar dim lighting daily cleaning inconvenient aspect
the location was excellent. it was very close to the theatre district, soho and chinatown. the tube station was also a short walk. there was a good selection of drinks available in the personal bar (this is good if you can afford them!).
the room was quite dark. the dim lighting made it difficult to do anything other than relax in the evenings. i also had to ask for the room to be cleaned each day, a bit inconvenient.

friendly staff gothic decor effective soundproofing
I found the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready with assistance. The decor was uniquely gothic. I liked the room's soundproofing. It blocked street noise effectively. Thirteen bar served very nice cocktails at decent prices.
The unexpected additional service charge was annoying! I also found the lighting system too complicated.

The staff was attentive, promptly addressing any requests. the room décor created a uniquely immersive atmosphere. i liked that complimentary cocktails were offered upon arrival. It was a great way to start my stay. i really enjoyed the central location, with access to many key attractions.
i noticed slight street noise (it was minimal).

My room had a well-stocked bar. It included various spirits and mixers. The location was really great. It provided convenient access to many attractions. I did enjoy the hotel's edgy and unique design. The decor added a special touch to my experience.
