the staff were very friendly, and i found them attentive from arrival to breakfast! the hotel was easily accessible. i noticed a spacious car park, made things very convenient for me! i also appreciated the cleanliness.
the second floor standard double room felt cramped. there was very little headroom beside the bed. i nearly bumped my head because the ceiling was sloped. also, the hanging rail was impractical, it was difficult to reach clothes because of it position.

the room was a generous size, and i found the bed to be very comfortable. the staff were really cute and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast offered good value with plenty of choices, and i could have as much as i wanted. parking was excellent with easy access to nearby areas.

breakfast featured a wide variety of options, including well-prepared mushrooms (a rare treat). the bar area offered a relaxed setting with a selection of beverages. the food presentation was appealing, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations.

parking provided ample space for vehicles. the hotel has a bus stop nearby, giving simple access to the city center. there's also a shell garage just opposite the hotel, very useful.

staff members were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist with requests. the reception staff provided a warm welcome and efficient service. the team addressed all queries promptly.
